A Road To A Better You!

I know this road. No, not the road to a better me, but the road to frustration. At every turn, "lose weight, reduce stress, exercise more, eat healthier..." and much more.

I thought I was eating healthy and getting enough exercise. Food Pyramid, check! Exercise, check!  Yet I slept poorly, was exhausted in the morning, and maintained a 24% body fat percentage. Not to forget, my knees hurt, my hips hurt, I hurt. I wanted to change, I made attempts to change, yet after years of personal effort and investment, I saw little change. I was becoming resigned to accepting where I was.

A change was on my horizon; I just didn't know it! What finally instigated the shift?

A coach came into my life; he asked me questions about my life and provided me with resources, direction, support, challenges, and encouragement. I contributed the willingness, commitment, and intrinsic motivation. Fast-forward to today. I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, and hold a B.S. Human Biology from Grand Canyon University.

Yet I started over-weight, over-tired, and out of answers.

The numbers: 197lbs with 24% body fat down to 155lbs at 11% body fat. More important than the numbers is how I began to feel. Gone was the morning pain, gone was being exhausted at 2 pm every day. These were replaced with enough energy to not just "keep up," but to lead the pack.

It is my role to collaborate with you on a plan to become who you want to be. I have been working closely with my clients around the world, supporting them precisely with what they need to feel, look, and be healthier. I take pride in taking the time to understand what each client needs to reach wellness.
